Term 2

Term 2 is well underway and we are very busy inquiring into our BIG question "How are New Zealanders connected to the sun and the moon?" We are learning all about the Science aspects of the sun and the moon and looking at our big question from a Social Science aspect as well. Our Visual Art Inquiry carries on this term with a focus on Maori Art. This ties in beautifully with our learning about Maori myths and legends that are about the sun and moon, especially Matariki.
